Who needs this course?
This course is for persons who have ALREADY FILED for Bankruptcy and must complete the Debtor Education prior to receiving a discharge from the court. You will need to provide your bankruptcy case number in order to enroll in the course. IF YOU HAVE NOT FILED FOR BANKRUPTCY YET, THIS COURSE WILL NOT SATISFY YOUR PRE-FILING COUNSELING. The Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention Consumer Protection Act of 2005 (BAPACA) mandates every debtor who files for personal bankruptcy must take a Personal Financial Management (PFM) Course that has been approved by the Executive Office for United States Trustees (or Bankruptcy Administrator). Upon course completion, a certificate will be provided that can be filed with your court to evidence completion of this requirement.

Are you US Trustee approved?
Yes. The Personal Financial Management Instructional Course offered by 0 Worries Financial Education has been approved by the US Trustees.

What states/districts are you approved in?
We are approved in all districts in all states except for Oregon, North Carolina, and Alabama. We are not approved for any districts in these 3 states.

Can my spouse and I take the course together?
1. Telephonic/DVD Course - Yes, you can watch the course DVD together and complete the toll-free calling session together. However, each filer must be present for the entire toll-free calling session. You will be asked during the call to verify that you are both present on the line. Additionally you must each pay the course fee of $24.95.
2. Internet Course - No, you must each register for, pay for, and complete the course individually.

Where can I find my bankruptcy case number?
Check any legal paperwork exchanged with the Bankruptcy Court or your bankruptcy attorney. If you have questions, contact your bankruptcy attorney or the Bankruptcy Court.

How much does the course cost?
1. Telephonic/DVD Course - The fee for the DVD course is $24.95 per person.
2. Internet Course - The fee for the internet course is $14.95 per person.

When can I complete the course?
The Telephonic/DVD and the Internet courses can both be registered for 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You may complete either course on your own pace.
1. Telephonic/DVD Course - A DVD and course handbook will be mailed to you. After watching the DVD, you will follow the instructions provided in the handbook to make a toll free call to complete the course. You do not need to schedule an appointment to call the toll-free calling session number. You may call in at your convenience, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
2. Internet Course - The course is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You may complete at your convenience.

When will I get my certificate?
Certificates will be emailed, faxed, or mailed within 24 hrs of course completion. You will select the method of delivery during course registration.

Will my attorney get a copy of my certificate?
Yes. A copy can be emailed or faxed to your lawyer if you would like. You can select this option during course registration.

Where is my certificate?
If it has been over 24 hours since you completed the course, please do the following:
1. Check you spam folder
2. Send an email to certificates@0WorriesFinancial.com - with "Certificate Inquiry" in the subject line, provide your first and last name, date of completion and bankruptcy case number.
3. Call 1-866-721-7884, select option 4. Be prepared with your first and last name, date of course completion, and bankruptcy case number.

Can a certificate be sent to or filed with my court?
No. You or your attorney must file the completion certificate with the court.

What format should my case number be in?
Typical format is 09-12345.
Some courts have unique numbering systems.
