0 Worries Financial reserves the right to reject any application for this program at 0 Worries Financial's sole discretion.
0 Worries Financial reserves the right to cancel the Attorney Program at any time or discontinue access to this program to any participant without notice at 0 Worries Financial's sole discretion.
By enrolling in this program, you agree to pay stated course fee per course registered using your unique code. All protests to amounts billed must be made, in writing, within 30 days of the invoice date covering the disputed amounts.
0 Worries Financial reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this program. 0 Worries Financial will provide at least 30 days notice regarding any changes to the terms and conditions to all enrolled participants, using contact information on file.
Invoices will be due 30 days after the invoice date. A late fee of 2% will be assessed on the open balance if payment has not been received within 30 days.
Minimum Monthly Fee: For months in which the total net classes registered in your account is zero, you will be charged a $5.00 minimum monthly fee. This fee is waived if your net registered classes for the month is greater than zero.
